Frameset 56cm

What racing frameset is good. I like horizontal top bar. I have groupset and wheels and i want build good and fast racing bike. If i found frameset with the fork handlebar and seatpost that is go be prefect

how much money you got to pony up? $1K is a good level.

On the cheap? look at Nashbar. BUT piece at a time bike builds are more expensive than just going out and Buying a Whole bike, new..

Horizontal TT ?. Why ?.

Except for aesthetics, no advantage and you've pretty much ruled out carbon and most aluminum. So then it's steel and maybe titanium.
