Is Jagwire any good ?
I just got 2 sets mountain bike cables one for shifters and one for brakes.
Teflon , Kevlar ect...
Are they any good compared to other cables?

Are they smoother than what comes with your bike?
And will they make shifting with Shimano XT stuff smoother?
I looked at there next level up stuff but it seemed to ridged and I think it would be harder to run and mount, seemed like over kill.

Jagwire is great stuff. It's the only brand I buy. I like their slick stainless wire along with their lined housing. What you just bought is actually higher-grade than what I normally run.
No as to whether you'll notice a difference between Jagwire and Shimano cable, that's a tough one and I think you just have to put on the cable and see what you think. You bought quality kit though, that much I can say with confidence.

Had Jagwire as a replacement for the stock SRAM cables on my bicycle, when I upgraded the group I went with the Shimano Dura Ace Teflon coated cables and housings that came with the groupset (Ultegra 6800.) the shifting is smoother than I had on the OEM, but it could be from the components, in whole or part. I wasn't impressed with the Jagwire, to be 100% honest, the housings didn't seem as good as the SRAM originals, and the RD cable frayed quickly above the crimped cap. Unless something changes with the Shimano cables, I am sticking with them.

Shimano Dura Ace are made for Shimano by Jagwire. (I saw this on another forum and have been unable to find it again)
I just found that out,I have been using the cables that came on the bike when bought at Target in 2014.
They came with the cheapest Shimano and no name parts.

Yes it's a good wire, is it better than say Dura Ace 9000 cables? Probably not from what I've read. I use a set of Jagwire on my 85 Schwinn Le Tour Luxe only because they offered a gold colored housing that closely matched the stock housing, but it works good and in part made the canti brakes operate smoother. However I have the 9000 cables on my 3 year old Lynskey with 105 components (except the rear derailleur is Ultegra) and the cables alone made the 105 stuff so smooth one would be hard pressed to tell the difference between my 105 and Dura Ace! In my opinion the Dura Ace 9000 cables are the best at this time.

I really like Jagwire Pro cable sets, the ones with hard black coating on the cables themselves. I find these to be very smooth and outlast Shimano 9000 sets with the softer polymer coating on the cables which sloughs off.

The Jagwire stuff is quality stuff I have not had issues with it and we use it at the shop. I have heard that their compressionless brake housing isn't as good as Yokozuna but that information is a little older and I think Jag came out with some newer Pro Compressionless stuff that is supposed to be pretty primo. I think their cheaper stuff isn't all that special but from what I have seen it works just fine.
