Serfas RX saddle - LEATHER for women?

I've been searching all over for the leather version of the Serfas "RX" saddle in a women's specific design, but cannot find one. It appears that they only make the men's in a leather option and the women's just comes in lycra. I'm wondering if a "men's" RX would be ok for my wife, since the design seems VERY close on both versions. I would assume it would be far better than the generic Bontrager saddle on our new Trek Hybrids.

Why are you looking for this saddle for your wife? Does she have pain somewhere she is trying to reduce? Men's and women's saddles can be vastly different. What is the problem with the current saddle?
