Bikes: Not as many as there were awhile ago.
"Bicycle Shaped Object" = cheap box store bikes.
It's on hold for a couple weeks, they just put us on 10 hour days including Saturday and Sunday for the next 2 weeks so no time for bike wrenching for awhile.

Right. Just as I posted, I saw it, but I can never get the "delete post" button to work when I say something stupid. My bad.

Seems they sold this exact same bike as a Mongoose as well, the only difference was the decal on the down tube, it said MONGOOSE instead of NEXT. I remember when Mongoose MTB's were decent bikes. I've managed to sneak a few minutes to mount the derailleurs, BB, crankset, seat post and saddle. Probably won't get much more done until after Christmas. Looking forward to taking out in the snow when it's done and if we have any snow......

This one got put on hold for awhile but I'm back on it and it's getting close to completion. Looks like crap, which was part of the plan, but it should ride pretty well. Everything will be salvaged from other bikes except tubes and tires. The original wheels are still true which was pretty amazing considering how badly they mangled everything else when they vandalized it.

It's finally functional, except for tires and tubes it was built with all salvaged and leftover parts.

Before:

It should make a good snow bike, now on to more deserving projects.

Good to know I'm not the only one that does that.
