We have a similar thing locally: Cycles of Change

They have a bike kitchen, and lots of community programs for kids to get involved with cycling! And they team up with my other favorite local bike initiative: the scraper bike movement. Every month or two a library branch has a bike customizing/decorating workshop so the kids can trick out their bikes.
