Any help identifying a make/model of this frame would be appreciated.

Bikes: Trek DS 8.5 Scott Hybrid Thunderbolt folder '75 Schwinn Varsity '95 Schwinn cruiser '58 Wstrn Flyr...

Take a measurement from the rear fork dropouts to where the tire would eventually hit the frame..forward..near the bottom bracket.
That will indicate what probable tire size fits this frame.
Looks small from pic, like a youth model? (wild guess on my part)

It's a Specialized Fat Boy (not to be confused with the Fatboy of today). It's a BMX bike from the late 90s. Here's the BikePedia listing for the 1998 version.
