Posting Rules Question

I'm sorry if I've missed this in the FAQ, but can anybody please tell me when new members are allowed to create threads in the Marketplace section? I'm relatively new here and I'm not allowed currently. Thanks!

I think you only have to get membership....10 bucks or something like that. I only use this forum for the free knowledge/and try to pass on what I've learned. ;)

Only paying members can post for sale items in the marketplace. You can get an upgrades membership by clicking on "Elite Membership" at the top of the page.
