Thanks for doing that. I know that is the only reason I am lucky enough to get my bike back. I made two mistakes. I left my bike outside and did not write the serial # down. Obviously the police description did not flag when it should have, but thanks to a great bike store I was able to get it back. Good to see customer service alive and well.

Tonka Cycle & Ski- Some of the best personalized customer service I have ever received. My wife really hates all of the other shops in town. Being we are not skinny little bikers most talk down to us, the chubby folks at Tonka get us and understand when we say we ride a lot. 1500+ miles is more than most people that own bikes and we are hard on our equipment because of our size. They get that. No pressure sales too and will fit and help all they can.
