Well, I ended up ordering a Crank Brothers Power Pump Pro because it's small, has a decent psi (115) and has a guage. I know it's not going to be the easiest to use, but I hope the light weight makes up for that. I hope not to have to use it all too often. Thanks.

I like the Barbieri Carb and TI pumps, the TI may be a bit more robust then the CF version. They both pump up to 160PSI but are the lightest mini's on the market...except for the mini that I use made by Torelli called the Aria at 45grms-but the Aria only goes up to about 110psi and thats a struggle, but I only put 95 max in my tires anyway. The Torelli comes in several different colors is you want to match or contrast your frame color. The Aria is also the smallest mini and can fit in a seatbag or in your Camelback, though it comes with mounting brackets that will allow it to fit on the side of a water bottle cage.

Ditto on the Carb1. Verified on 23c tubulars to 125 lbs (A looooooot of pumpin' (around 300 strokes) but got it done.). Weighs nothin', works fine, fits in my pocket easily.

I have been very happy with this pump. Inexpensive. It takes 80 strokes to get 100+ PSI. Only draw back is the holder bracket. I bought another holder to fit under the water bottle cage.

If the barrel is indeed skinnier, you will be able to pump your tire up to a higher pressure with the same amount of effort.

Saying that a pump will inflate a tire to 140psi is like saying that a bicycle will go 40mph. In either case, it's the motor that determines the outcome.
