Help deciding on bike

I am having a terrible time making up my mind on a bike to purchase. 3 years ago I got a Giant Crypress 2013 and really liked it. I still had a lot of difficulty making it up hills and biking, but that's probably due to me being out of shape. Unfortunately the bike was stolen and I am only now looking to get a new one.

I've narrowed down my options to some stuff available on craigslist and the local bike store I really like. He's shown me a few shwin road bikes that he think will be nice. He also suggested a Bianchi Torino for $430. It would allow me to get a lifetime warranty and free tune ups each year, and half off tubes?

these are the used bikes I'm looking at:
Specialized Vita 21-speed Hybrid - $275
Easy mount step-through frame, size medium; Rear cargo rack; Bar ends; Rearview mirror; Specialized computer-installed when I purchased it; Low miles-only ridden 344 mi.; Stored in the house 100% of the time when not being ridden; Spare tube; Kickstand; Year made-2011; Cash only. Priority given to first available to pick up at my WDM home.

There are a ton of Treks on craigslist...

also this one for $125
Well cared for older Bianchi bike Advantage ladies hybrid, ridden very few miles White w purple trim. Small frame for woman about 5'3 +\- . aluminum, chromoly and steel Tange frame 25-27 lbs approx weight Straight handlebars, tush cush seat original owner. Best offer, serious inquiries only.

I have no idea what to start with. I find myself thinking, oooh that color is nice, that looks cute, it already has a thing on the back to hold my basket.

I really need something lightweight to carry up to my 3rd floor apt. something that makes hills as easy as possible and is smooth to ride.

Please help.
