Nitto 177 Handlebar - What is the actual bar diameter?

I ordered a set of Nitto 177 handlebars - there was a small error with the seller and the order did not ship out timely. They shipped the bars today but I will not have them until late next week.

I want to order a set of interrupter brakes. I know the clamp portion is 26mm. Are the actual bars -23.8mm?
If anyone can confirm the size of the bars that would be super.

According to this web page:https://www.rivbike.com/products/nitto-noodle-handlebar

It takes a 23.8 mm brake clamp.

I have the Nitto Noodle on two bikes and used the Soma Urban Cross Levers (24.0mm) on both. They fit perfectly.

Thanks.

I will be placing an order today. I ordered the handlebars two weeks ago and still waiting - not that it matters since I have to get a few more parts.

BTW - those SOMA's look great on that bike!
