Tri spoke - loose fragments?

I'm looking on advice on how to resolve an issue with my carbon fibre front tri spoke wheel.

The problem I'm finding is there seems to be loose fragments inside the wheel, so when the wheel spins very slowly you can hear loose bits of grit move around. Over the last few months there has been an increase in more loose fragments inside. The only way I can get these fragments out is to remove the through the hub.

Is anyone familiar with these type of hubs (picture below) and can suggest how to get these loose fragments from out of the wheel?
