Any Wyoming Riders? Input needed

Hello,
We have a group of riders from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 wanting to ride in Yellowstone area next spring. Need advice on conditions in late April or 1st week of May. Wanting to do a couple days riding enroute to Utah. Prefer to base out of Jackson Hole area - any suggestions on where to ride and stay much appreciated. Thanks.

There's a warm springs north of Jackson Hole. I got there at the end of the day, soaked, camped out.

The bike shop in town let me work on my bicycle in their shop for free.

Unless, of course, you get a special permit.

I'm in northern Utah, but I've spent a lot of time in the Jackson Hole area. Your timetable is quite early in the season. You'll have to watch out for snowmobilers. What I meanby that is you may be able to find some good open road if the weather cooperates, but chances are the shoulders will not be rideable and a lot of vehicles will be pulling big snowmobile trailers with big pickup trucks which makes for a very dangerous cycling situation. Probably like it is where you are now?

The weather is very unpredictable--especially at that time of year. I think snow totals so far this year are a little above normal with the La Nina weather pattern.

Where are you headed in Utah?
