I feel for you! I get real bad hay fever, but the only solution I've found are antihistamines. It's a shame you can't take them!

I got started on flonase by two cycling buddies of mine who are docs. Works like a charm and also fixes my my mild dog allergy. I lived with a golden retriever for 12 years on it. It's a widely prescribed drug that works well without side effects. Clearly it works for others on here too....
