i need everything. The only thing he gave me was the frame itself. ill need wheels, tires, cranks, sprocket, chain, fork, headset, stem, bars, the whole nine. I just wanted to get specs to make sure I'm getting the right size replacement parts.

Find out the bottom bracket and headset type that will fit. Search eBay for cheap shimano/fsa variants. Parts needed
-bottom bracket
-heAdset
-fork
-crankset
-wheels/
-tires
-brakes
-stem/handlebar
-pedals

Everything must be compatible with each other but doesnít have to be the same company. Be patient and look for deals on eBay good luck

If itís threaded itís probablh a BSA bottom bracket
And I believe the fork is a 1 1/8 inch non tapered fork. Bmx wheels etc

You're going to be upside down on this project FAST. I recommend going a different route.
