Sidi insole slippage

When I walk around in my Sidi Dominators, the insole slips back toward my heel so that my toes fall into the depression created toward the front. Does this happen to anyone else? Do you have any creative remedies to stop this from happening. It's really annoying. I don't think it's a size issue. They fit me pretty well. IT happens when I'm walking around. for all i know, this always happens to everyone (this is my first pair of clipless shoes), but I doubt it.

Maybe new insoles when these ones get to worn out are the answer.

Get some Superfeet foot beds. They run $25-$35 at REI.

I have custom footbeds for my Sidis, and they slip occasionally. It's because the shoe is the Mega width and the insole is a tad bit narrower.
