BF Jerseys

over in the road cycling forum, someone has been asking about bf jerseys. we had some done a couple of years ago, but maybe it's time to do them again. some of the custom folks, like verge, let you order a variety of styles -- traditional road shortsleeve, longsleeve, downhill, bmx -- with a single design, so we might be able to please everyone.

so... is there interest for another BF jersey project?

Sure, especially if it's made by Verge. I love their stuff, I only wish they had more non-team items available for sale. Matching (or at least complimenting) shorts/bibs would be a really nice touch too.

I don't wear a jersey, but I'd pop for a couple of tees if they were available.

I'm in. If I'm going to wear a logo, it might as well be for something I actually like.

A lot of people have mentioned Verge. VOmax is another company that does lots of team and club jerseys here in New England.

I'd like it, if we could have the choice of a women's specific style/cut also!

I'm not a jersey wearing type person.
But a moisture wicking hi-viz lime green shirt with the same logo would rock

i'm thinking we should go with verge. i think their stuff is great, and they give you the option of ordering a whole bunch of different styles in one order,,, so we could get men's ss jerseys, womens ss jerseys, t-shirt-like mtb tops, etc.

check out the website here: https://www.vergesport.com/

I haven't worn their shorts, but I like their jerseys.
I think I want a skin suit.
I've never had one.

I have a pair of Verge bib-shorts and one of their long sleeve skinsuits. They're both very very nice.

I am actually doing some of the leg work for the mods right now...

I am doing some research for them. It is becoming highly possible. It will be that people will first pay then make type thing. We need a design though.

Right, and I'll bet a handful of the people out there who are interested wouldn't make a final decision until they saw a final design, myself included. I know I wouldn't want to wear something I thought was ugly.

Bikes: 1 trek, serotta, rih, de Reus, Pogliaghi and finally a Zieleman! and got a DeRosa

the last time we did the jerseys a number of designs were put forward
to the members and voted upon (poll) before we ordered anything.
Also I believe we had commitments on the number of jerseys before
they were ordered.

Oh, yeah I'm in. (can we get wool jerseys? )

I think any design chosen should include the little flaming fart monster aviator that appeared on April fools day

The appropriate place for that would be on the rear panel of the shorts.

I joined the forums just as you were having "A few left! First come - first served sale" on the previous jersey. I got one, wish I had gotten a couple. It is among my favorites. Count me in and among those who would like to see the design before sending money.
