Since the only person on my ignore list called me a liar last week, here are my Komoot logs from the last week or so. Sorry I don' t use Strava. I ride a lot, but I built up to it without making myself miserable with tedious "training". I don't train, I ride. Riding is fun and makes me fit. Please note that the speeds look lower than they would on Strava because it doesn' t auto-pause.
