Bottle holders?

I’m looking for good side loader bottle holders that will work for my gravel bike. Don’t like chasing bottles down the road any recommendations

Why do you think side load cages will do any better? Get better cages like King Cages. Or, alternatively, get a Camelbak. Those don't bounce off at all.

I occasionally use a velcro strip to secure a bottle in a cage. Works fine on chunky gravel.

Arundel Dave-O cages will hold bottles on gravel.

They make side loader or normal versions. I own both and have never had a bottle eject on gravel.

The side loader cages have an option to mount lower on the bike for frame bag clearance.

Thanks for the reply’s. I’ll check out Arundel Dave-O cages. I wanted the side loaders because they are easier for large bottles and hate wearing a camelback

Thanks for this reply about a side loader. A friend has a step through hybrid that is space challenged for a water bottle due to curving frame tubes. This may offer her a solution!
FOr myself, I use a King Iris. Never an ejection even in a emergency stop wipe-out on the road.

Arundel Flip Flop. They grip like crazy, and have the added benefit of not being handed-- the cage and the tabs are separate pieces, so you can mount them for access from the left or right. Did I mention that they really grip?

I have the specialized version I think they are called "sidewinder" or something they work well for me. I think they are like $22 each if I remember correctly.
