Hexlox not recommended
I recently purchased a set of Hexlox inserts for my thru-axles, seat and stem. I could not remove the 4mm Hexlox inserts from the larger steel bolts on my stem using the key that was provided. Perhaps too much magnetic pull from the larger bolt. I placed a couple of small screwdrivers together, inserted them into the center of the Hexlox insert, squeezed them so that the tips were forced outwards, and then pulled. Took me about a minute to think of the possible work-around and implement it.
