How do you feel?

How do you feel?
How do you feel?
In our, "feel good" society, the most important thing is, "how do I feel?"
Do I feel like eating? Do I feel like watching a movie, or reading a book? Do I feel like doing this/that today?
I will take this challenge: how do I feel?
Now that I bicycle to work, I feel FANTASTIC! I've never felt better in my life! Bicycling to work makes me feel so good, I can't imagine doing without it!
:thumbup:
(If you don't bicycle -- or something similar -- I bet I feel BETTER THAN YOU!
)

I'm glad we don't all go by how we feel. (Of course I'm not suggesting that that's your criteria.)
There are days that I don't feel like getting on my bike. They are few but they do exist. If I give in to how I feel, I miss out and feel worse.
A better criteria (though still not the best) is to ask, "How WILL I feel?"
Sometimes we need to do things that don't feel good at the time to get the benefit later. When we only deal with how we feel right now we are gambling away our future.
Maybe a better way to think, though counter cultural, is what do I know to be absolutely right.
Now - after my long winded post on feelings - I must say that the more I cycle - the better I feel.
