Well I don't see it either! It was there but now it's gone. At the advice from forum members I removed it to see if I had squished the seat stays. These old Cans are tough, not even a scratch but I just left it off for now. I am actually in process of upgrading it from classic roadster to classic randonneur! It will do me very well for that chore, now if I can just get my body up to snuff.
