I was sitting in a left turn box waiting for the light when a person came up behind and laid on the horn. I think my heart jumped a foot! I still don't know what the issue was , the light was still red and they had plenty of room to turn. There is even a sign at the intersection that says bikes may use turn box. This whole "share the road" campaign and law here in Southern California has some folks in a fit about cyclists. I usually don't engage , just keep pedaling , unless the light is red!
