Internal routing cable hole
My bike, Cannondale Trail 5 2020, has internal cable routing for the front derailleur cable. I am converting it to x1 thus I will not use the cable of the front derailleur and the cable hole will remain empty in the frame. What I can do to close it?

You have a few options:
1. leave it open
2. try to find a frame plug that will fit. Most plugs are frame specific so that might be tough
3. tape it, ugly but effective
4. fill it with a glue/epoxy
5. have the frame repainted and have it filled with filler or fiberglass
6. Depending on the color you could fill it yourself with jbweld/epoxy/filler and put a decal or something over it if you can't match color

I recommend something that cane be un-done. You may want to sell the frame at some point and a prospective owner may want FD.
I say that as a 1x fan.
