I'm building a beater bike and I have been looking for a wheel set.

Stumbled across this in the catalog and the bike I have is an old old road frame but the spacing is fine. My only question is I can't really find anything about the rim, as in, the width and what not. So good beater wheelset and what size tire can I fit on it?
