Go to the phone's Bluetooth device list and "forget" or "delete" the EW-WU111/101. Then try again.
(does that help?)

Also, early on I heard it caused significant battery drain, but in another thread several people said that was false, or at least no longer is the case. Any issue?
The EW-WU111 unit works with any e-Tube based Di2, even the older stuff (I know, because I used to use it)...the key is that you also need the 2nd gen battery, either the internal battery BT-DN110-A or the external battery mount BM-DN110-S. The BT capable D-Fly will not work with the 1st gen battery mount or internal battery; if you have the first gen battery, and don’t care about syncro shift, and if you can get the original D-FLY, which is not BT capable, that will communicate to a GPS via ANT.

So far, it has worked like a charm. Definitely a "nice to have" but really do love the added functionality.
Maybe I will try that location. Good tip!

Most bike shops don't push DI 2 because they won't make much money off of it in the long run. There is no yearly tune up or maintenance because it just always works perfectly. If you are having problems with it take it to a good shop and have it fixed once and be done with it. Ask anyone who owns it and you will hear the truth.
