SKS Speedrocker fenders
Looking to purchase a set of (full) fenders preferably quick release. The only product that I came across are the Speedrockers. Looking for users of this fender along with any other fender that are quick release and actually work to protect the bike and rider. Opinions and reviews. Fenders will be installed on a Trek Checkpoint with 700c x 45 tires.

I thought the Speedrockers will only go up to 42mm tires?
I've got them on my old gravel bike/winter bike. My shop had trouble finding traditional fenders that would work with the mechanical disc brakes on that bike, so we tried the Speedrockers. They are very sturdy (for a removable fender) and they work well for my purposes. Some folks don't like them because they are not a full fender, so you might get some splatter on you or the bike. So, not good for commuting but I think the coverage is fine for winter or wet rides.
Check the Gravel Bike forum - I think there was a long discussion there about the Speedrockers.

Yes, you are correct the spec says 42mm. I knew that going in. It isn't a perfect solution because I will also need to extend them with flaps to increase the coverage. I have done a lot of research and unless something else pops up that I am not aware of its either these are full bolt on. I don't want to run with fenders all the time and I don't want to take them on and off. Thanks for the post.
