Travel Case
I am getting ready to travel and need a case for my bike. I have done quite a bit of research over the last couple of months and have narrowed my purchase down to two cases, Post Carry Transfer case model 150L and Orucase Model B2 R. I decided to try a soft case because all reports I can find say they do a good job in protecting the contents, and when you are done they collapse down for easy storage. The Post Carry is $400.00 plus $ 15.00 for shipping, total $415.00 which incudes the padding to attach to the bicycle frame for additional protection. The Orucase is $599.00 - 10% discount and free shipping. The frame padding is additional at $129.00-$50.00 discount, total $618.10 Bottom line is $203.00 difference between the two cases.
Is there anyone that has experience with either or both of these cases? Money is always important, but performance in this case is paramount in my purchase. I need to make an intelligent decision by the middle of next week as my travel plans are in mid December.
Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Speaking of a new year, it is way past time to forget about 2020. Please Lord we need a better 2021.
