I知 having trouble with my Bottom bracket

My bottom bracket is loose enough I have a 2018 Cinelli mash I just bought the frame but the parts have somebody to install them and it keeps loosen up I was wondering if I had to get the original part for it

Could be your stars weren't properly aligned that day.

But there is a lot you aren't telling us. What exact Cinelli Mash frame? What exact model and series BB and crankset?

What has the person that put it together told you? Certainly you showed them that it is loose and ask if they could do anything about it.

Is it just a crank arm that is loose? You might be screwed if you rode it too long with a loose crank arm.

What kind of crank are you using?

There are all sorts of ways to get a bb to loosen up, mostly involving not using the right tools or the proper torque.

And maybe work on that grammar a bit. That's kinda hard to understand.

You do not need original parts. You do need undamaged, compatible parts, properly installed.
