A few more Questions, and Answers ..

Q: What is the little "Warn" icon at the bottom of each post for?
A: If you find a post that dose not belong on these forums, ie, spam, porn, personal threats ect, click on the warn icon, and fill out the information, i will receive an email with the info, and i'll take care of the post. This will somewhat take place of moderators, as it will allow me to clean out bad posts in this forum faster. Please don't abuse this system!

Q: Whats the referral link in my profile for?
A: If you want to refer a friend to BikeForums.Com, or if you have a website, link to the forums via that referral link. Currently, all it will do is count the people you refer. However in the future, i will be using this feature for contests.

Q: What is the calendar for?
A: The calendar will show members birthdays, as well as cycling events, If you know about a cycling event, please post the event as a "public event" in the calendar. Please include Location (city / state), date / time, event director, email, website address and phone number if available. For the title of the event, please include the type of event (MTB / Road / BMX) and State or Country of the event (Ohio / England) and a small description... ie (UTAH - 24hrs of moab mtn bike race)

Q: Is there a limit of private messages i can have in my boxes?
A: Yes, the limit is 100 PM's total, both sent, and received! Its a good idea to delete your PM's once in awhile, as if you go over the 100 PM limit, people wont beable to send you a message, and you will not beable to send a private message.

I want to hold off on the chat room untill this site gets a constant 25 - 30 users online. This should happen as soon as i co-brand the forums with other cycling websites, within 2 - 3 weeks, i hope.

Hey Joe, I gotta suggestion for when you get the site all fixed up and everything.
I think it would be cool if there was a part of the site where members could submit pictures of them and their bike for other members to see.

Fubar, great idea... I'll look into offering this in the near future, as for now, you can upload pictures (.png .gif and .jpg) upto 100K in size in each post, via the "Attach file" link... no website needed

Hey Fubar and Joe,

Maybe we could have competitions on most dangerous photo, or silliest stunt, or worst injury photo...

He he...*mind begins to work overtime*

Question: Each thread shows an envelope icon with an envelope, an open envelope with a letter, or lots of letters, sticking out, etc. What does it mean when the envelope has a big black dot on it?
