Can anyone help with Ortlieb inserts?
Got some hand me down classic backrollers that only came with the 8mm inserts. Need the 10 mm ones for both bags. Willing to paypal postage and/or exchange my inserts. Thanks!

I commuted for years on two bikes with racks of different size tubing. I cheerfully ignored the difference and didn't worry about the inserts. 15 years later, nothing's broken yet.
You could tightly wrap some strips of old inner tubes around your rack at the contact points and tape them down if "Don't worry, be happy" doesn't make you happy.

I've ridden for years with missing and wrong inserts and nothing bad has happened. (Now, if my sanity relied on a quiet rattle-free pannier, I might be writing otherwise. Fortunately my sanity recognizes I'm a space case and remembering where I put those last inserts I ordered 19 years ago is unlikely.)
As mentioned above, getting parts from Ortlieb is easy. I've just gone to bike shops. They've come in days. I suspect the same from a web order. I have 10 and 20 year old bags. The hardware changed between them but the newer hardware is completely compatible.
