I like riding after work and finishing up at dusk. I hate the cold so I am just trying to not put on weight until about March or so when I can start riding again.

I like to cross the line if departure (end of my driveway) between 0530 and 0600. I will however roll out whenever life dictates that I have the time to ride which is usually between 0530 and 0600.

I work from home, so I usually do a 50-60 minute daily ride at lunch time on work days, though occasionally I'll ride at around 5 after I finish work for the day.
On the weekend I typically start my long rides at around 10am.
