Sram says that crankset is "available with 40T, 42T, 44T chainrings," so I'm not sure how you got a 41. Look and see if that manufacturer makes a smaller one, or just find someone who makes an asymmetric 4-bolt 110 BCD chainring* for Sram in the size you want. I found this Raptor chainring from UK, but the 34,36, and 38T sizes are out of stock. Maybe search for this brand elsewhere.
*Double check that this corresponds to your crankset.

Or just get an entirely new crank with the size ring you want. Might have to also change the BB but those are usually inexpensive. Threaded BB's are easy to change. Though I'd probably not change out a press fit BB unless I absolutely had to. Mainly because I've never had one so no experience with them.
