I have just purchased a Cannondale Wheel sensor. I have fitted this to my new Cannondale Trail SE 3. I spin the front wheel and it picks up the sensor I then go to step 2, which is to scan the barcode, which I have done and it picks up the bikes details and I press confirm and then a message comes back and says 'cannot confirm bike details'

I fixed this issue. I added the bike to the app before installing the wheel sensor so all I needed was remove the bike from the app and install the wheel sensor which then adds the bike now working ok.
