Threadless headset part ID help

I'm new to the, I guess 'integrated' threadless headset game. The catalog says this headset is FSA's "23/CC internal"... Anyone know what 23 or cc means? Also, what is this 'cap' piece's proper nomenclature? I'm looking to replace it and I don't even know what to call it much less what size or class I need to be searching. Thanks.

The piece with the conical upper part immediately above your headtube? That's pretty much the outer half of your upper headset.

Perhaps the distinction of integrated is where the bearing sits and which half of the upper headset contains the bearing. But that's just a wild guess. Maybe after more coffee I'll go look.

Curious why you wish to replace it, wrong color?

Yea, I loathe black components. I can't get over them. Lol, I know, it's odd.
