My main commuter (Charge Plug) has 700x35s
My MTB-based commuter has 600x1.85s
And the folder runs 20x1.75s
(The international 700x28)

You need wider tires than 28mm on the vintage Nishiki for that kind of gravel!

That’s quite the elegant office you got there. Where’s the window? I had to quit a pretty decent job when I got moved to a dump like that. Maybe you have bigger problems.
