Ask a travel agent if any are in your area. You should be able to find a few by googling on the web. Most that I signed up for in the past covered the full vacation trip, including airlines, hotels, transportation, not just luggage. Note that luggage loss on international flights is covered by an international agreement, so look at the policy before buying as some don't / some do cover 'sports equipment' or 'participation in sporting events', meaning you'll be out any excess value above what's in the international agreements if your bicycle gets lost.

Think about what special coverage you need that isn't already covered by your existing insurance. I've traveled a lot over the years, taking my bike from the US to Europe half a dozen times. Never felt the need for any additional insurance.

You might declare excess value when checking the bike and pay for additional insurance. I think that's overkill if you've got a hard case, although some minor damage is possible. It'll probably be the TSA agent mis-packing that causes the damage, at least in my experience. Good luck getting that covered.

Thanks for recommendation! I was thinking about allstate, however, having checked the allstate reviews, don't think it's a good idea anymore. I will probably check Arch RoamRight reviews as well before taking a decision.
