Hot or cold weather?
Do you prefer cycling in hot weather or cold weather? I prefer warmer weather because my nose doesn’t clog and I don’t need to bring tissues with me. Curious what everyone else prefers?

poor little squirrel.,,

I've been cycling (in Connecticut) since 1980 and have only been hit (attacked) on the helmet by a bird once, and had a squirrel bounce off my wheel once. Neither caused a crash.
I was hit by a car once. That should probably be a bigger concern. Glad you're ok after that squirrel incident. |

Welcome to BF! EDIT... since the title and question make sense now. Maybe they did before, but I missed the connection. I like hot weather for riding. In fact when the temps are around 85 - 90° F, my stats show my best times. Might just that is just coincidentally the time that I get back into peak condition after being a slacker from late November to middle of January sometimes into February. |

I posted a serious reply to the OG OP, then noticed the thread was a first post and decided not to bite. Good decision judging by the revised OP. Guess we're in for more....

Also a CT rider in the Quiet Corner of the state. I can deal with a range of temps. It's the wind that makes me crazy.
