Hot or cold weather?
Do you prefer cycling in hot weather or cold weather? I prefer warmer weather because my nose doesn’t clog and I don’t need to bring tissues with me. Curious what everyone else prefers?

I've been cycling (in Connecticut) since 1980 and have only been hit (attacked) on the helmet by a bird once, and had a squirrel bounce off my wheel once. Neither caused a crash.
I was hit by a car once. That should probably be a bigger concern.
Glad you're ok after that squirrel incident.

Welcome to BF!
EDIT... since the title and question make sense now. Maybe they did before, but I missed the connection.
I like hot weather for riding. In fact when the temps are around 85 - 90° F, my stats show my best times. Might just that is just coincidentally the time that I get back into peak condition after being a slacker from late November to middle of January sometimes into February.

Also a CT rider in the Quiet Corner of the state. I can deal with a range of temps. It's the wind that makes me crazy.

When I flew to England back in the 80s I landed at Gatwick and took the train to Victoria Station in London. As we passed through Battersea, I jumped up, went to the other side of the car and blurted out “That’s the building from the Pink Floyd album!” A nice old couple explained that it was the old power station and that Battersea was known for its promiscuous women.
