Props to Biketiresdirect

on Wednesday I saw they had Shimano Ultegra 8100 pedals for $129.99 and I added them to my cart and thought I hit send. I usually get a shipping notification within a few hours but did not check my email. Yesterday I noticed I had not got a notification so looked and I had not completed the transaction but the price had gone back to a sale price of $179.99 from $200. I emailed them and they honored the $129.99 even tho it was my goof up. pretty nice customer service.

Bike Tires Direct is one of my favorite online vendors. I remember buying something and a few days later they had a sale discounting the same item. I emailed them and they applied the discount refunding me the difference. You can even pick-up items same day in-person if you live in the Portland, OR area!

yes they are decent though they are always out of the tires I want. I tired riding there once what a nightmare.

My experience with them is that they give outstanding C/S 99.98% of the time. There was that one time... Still my first choice when buying tires and parts.

I have bought so many things from BikeTiresDirect, including two Selle Repente saddles with carbon rails and pretty much its whole stock of Castelli Gregge 15 socks, both at sweet closeout prices.

BTD is one of my go to vendors. I'm expecting a delivery from them today.

I have been very happy with them. I like their daily specials.

Today they have the Garmin Radar. If you are on the fence, 25% off is as good as it gets:

Worth every penny, even at list price.

Just got my Shimano SH-RC702 from BTD. BTD is like Costco: certain products rotate through cycles of normal and discounted prices, so you just need to time it.
