Brodie Hellion
My son just bought a Brodie Hellion - nice bike. We thought it was coming with 24 gears bu it seems to only have 16. The large sproket on the "cassette" is covered and when he tries to select the 3rd position on his left hand selector (sorry I don't know the proper terms) it doesn't do anything. Does anyone out there have one of these bike and if so could you help us with this gear question.

Brodie's website says the rear cassette is an 8 speed (11T-30T) and the crank is a Truvativ FireX, 22/32T, with bashguard. With only two chainrings (22T, 32T) the bike has 16 gear combinations (16 speed). I didn't see anything about other chainring or cassette options.
