side benefit of no granny knots if you train yourself the right way, which makes untying less prone to knotting.

We did it on the grass at a local park, riding beater bikes and knocking each other off. But yeah, you can only fight instinct so much.

Unbuckle your chin strap before trying to remove a helmet. Things go much smoother.
Use the best chain lube: NFS.
Use a beltl instead of saying “On your left!”.
Ride Gatirskinz to eliminate flats.
Ti is the best frame material.
Don’t carry anything on a front rack.
Wave.
Don’t waste your money on Rapha apparel.
And for the love of Pete, tie your jacket to your frame.
