Does anyone use TOGS?
Curious....I've never heard of these. I just saw a set for sale and I had to google it to find out what they were used for.
So, does anybody have or use these. Bar end replacemnts (?) that go on the inside of the bar/grips.

I think this is what you are talking about:
https://togs.com (support the original makers not random knockoffs)
I haven't used them but they seem like a cool idea. Most of my flat bars these days are Koga Denham or Velo Orange Crazy Bars so the need is maybe lessened.
SQ Labs makes a different version more akin to actual bar ends:

I have a set from some years ago. Tried them for a few weeks; didn't find them particularly useful/helpful.
They are not bar-end substitutes at all. The idea: many folks riding flat bars find themselves 'resting' their palms on the tops of the grips, and so risk not having enough control. Hence these things: one can rest one's hands on the tops of the grips and hook one's thumbs on the TOGs so as to maintain control on the bars. If I might say so, not the same idea at all as the SQ Labs 'inner bar ends'. Those are, really, a kind of 'mini' aero bar. Equally of no interest to me, though others seem to like them.
I use Ergon grips (w/integrated bar ends) and found these (TOGs) pointless, for me. Others' experience might vary, of course.
