Defective disc
This little superficial thing is a groove, you need to scratch with nail to feel it.
It is the case to use another disc or i can use whiteout any problem?
i feel like i'm overthinking

Looks like it'll be a problem since it appears to be in the portion for the brake pads to run on. If this is new or used item that you purchased you should get it exchanged or a refund.. If this is a free item, then put them on and see if it gives you a noticeable issue that annoys you.
At worst, it'll just wear your pads sooner and you'll feel a bump forever when you brake. At best you won't notice anything. But if you paid for a rotor, this should go back to the seller.
Those two big areas at the top and the four little areas to the left are pits aren't they?

Looks like casting impurities. Whomever surface ground that should have rejected it. Poor QC
