Extra Bike Jerseys

I'm in the San Diego area and not able to ride anymore. I have 20 nice jerseys I would like donate or give away. Let me know if you would know whom might want these, they are all size large.

Bikes: Colnago, Van Dessel, Factor, Cervelo, Ritchey

There must be several charitable organizations in your area such as Goodwill that would love to have them.

Local bike co-op? Youth cycling program? Ask a local shop if they exist in your area.

Chris Horner has a foundation that takes bikes, parts, jersey, etc. I've cleaned out my garage of parts and such, and some jersey and jackets, I've never been able to sell or give away.
They work with people that need help obtaining a bike and fix up bikes to donate to people. They will take them and put them to good use. I sent them some tires once that I could not use and a local kid needed new tires for his bike and my package had just arrived about 10 mins before he came in. Boom, he had some tires so he could do a local youth race that next weekend. He was very happy.

Just mail it out to them at:

Molly Cogswell-Kelley
Horner Cycling Foundation
250 NW Franklin Ave., Ste 101
Bend, OR 97703

Oh and they have some merch as well and I found their T-shirts extremely nice. Very soft cotton mix that does not shrink and sizing is pretty spot on.

Also look up San Diego Velo Youth. They'll get donated to local at-risk kids participating in a program at the velodrome, or sold at the next bi-annual swap meet. Their president (Matt Hoffman) is a former pro-cyclist and coach that is very present in the track community. I have given entire bicycles to Matt/Velo Youth.
