They handle Topeak stuff in the U.S. for dealers and are usually pretty helpful but are a bit old school but the issue we had got resolved in the end we just had to reach out again when the parts were in stock instead of just having it already set up in their system so when it comes in what we needed was allocated to us. Not a big deal with Calendars and alerts and the ability to send emails on certain dates and times.

I tried to buy Joe Blow pump parts from them. Everywhere on the site states free shipping but when I tried to checkout there was a shipping charge.
I sent an email asking about this but never received a reply.
