I asked about Nua Bikes in another thread, but info is scarce. Their bikes seem excellent, but the price with tariffs could push total cost past $7.3K. And then there's the wire transfer risk.

Are there US brands, or foreign bikes sold in the US, that meet the following specs:

* Hybrid/flat-bar setup suitable for NYC fitness riding (some streets, some greenways)
* Belt drive
* Rohloff IGH (my Montague Allston has a Shimano Alfine 11 and it develops leaks in the winter and occasionally skips in 7th gear under strain)
* Disc brakes
* As light as possible (I have to lug it up two flights of stairs)

(I want a low maintenance bike)

Most options I've found are titanium, which I'd pay for if necessary, but aluminum would be fine if it exists.
