1st tier:
Golf
Shooting (trap, skeet, 5-stand, sporting clays, paper targets, etc)
Hunting - fur and feather
Cultivating vices (cigars, single malt scotch, belgian beers)

2nd tier:
billiards (9-ball)
hiking
in-line skating
rock climbing

How I find room to store all the accoutrements is a mystery even to me.

In addition to cycling, I am into Home Theater, it doesn't help the biking at all, but the biking lets me enjoy the theater with less guilt.

Also into auto racing, but all I race now is karts, and that's only when I can find the time to do it.

Always been sort of an adrenaline junkie. Used to race motocross but too old for that stuff now....pain hurts. Drag racing(car), boating/water skiing, offroading(4X4), most anything that uses lots of gas and would piss off the average tree hugger hippie crowd. Also enjoy geocaching quite a bit in the fall and spring.

Swimming, snorkel diving and sailing.

How does it equate to cycling... well swimming is using my body as an engine to move, just like cycling; and sailing is a no engine conveyance just like cycling.

I actually also love the "simple machine" aspect of both cycling and sailing.

In my mind a perfect retirement would allow me to cycle down to the waterfront, swim out to the boat, and then sail to a diving spot...

Off-road trial driving. Basicly driving very slowly around a set of flags trying not to get stuck

pistol and shotgun shooting. i feel like i'm the first person to drive up to the range with a bicycle strapped to the car. doesn't aid my cycling at all, but it does allow me to give some useful input to the "carrying while cycling" thread which never seems to die. i'm looking into revamping the winter olympic biathlon into a summer bicycle version (kidding, but what a cool idea)

Hiking/backpacking, motorcycling (2001 Triumph Tiger!) and sailing, although with all the other activities my boat has been feeling neglected this summer.

I scuba dive Lake Michigan up and down the Wisconsin coast and photograph the shipwrecks. Bicycling keeps me in shape for that.

The Christmas Tree wreck is the Rouse Simmons which lies in 200 feet of water off of Two Rivers. I haven't been to her yet, but I'm sort of working my way there. The deepest I've been is the Walter B Allen off of Sheboygan. She lies in 167 feet of water and I have photographed her deck which is at 150. I understand the Christmas Tree wreck is pretty interesting, so thats on my short list. Probably won't happen until next season though.
Lake Michigan and the great lakes in general have some of, if not the best diving in the world. We have visability that rivals anywhere and 150 - 200 year old wrecks that look like the day they went down. Kind of scuba divings best kept secret.

Swimin..You do some pretty deep dives..Deepest ever been on wall in Cozumel...Incredible. 150 feet. Not much of a deep water fan. did not know Christmas tree wreck was so deep.
Agree Great Lakes diving can be pretty good viz...Wrecks I did off of Tobermory, Ont. and Manitou Island were about 100 feet and that summer the water was in the mid to high 50's.

Just started doing triathlons (just sprint distance so far), telemark skiing, cross country skiing - skate and classic, snowshoeing (with the dog), hiking (also with the dog), tennis. I used to backpack but I don't have the time right now. Same for mountaineering.

I fly gliders. This used to consume all of my free time, until biking came along.

Here's a picture of my other baby. Anyone who thinks bike helmets are ugly, get a load of the hats we wear in the glider :-)

Im into 2 types of cycling road and MTB. Im also a avid motorcyclist (BMW R1100S) and love to hit the NC moutians for the twisties! I also do some corner working at VIR, a roadrace track near Danville VA. Its fun, and helps pay for my habits! I do some 4 wheeling on the Honda during the winter, and currently working on my perpetual motorcycle project Honda CB-1 (currently on hold)
