this is like some sort of sign, last night, my g/f and i were saying that we need to quit. i will pick up some sort of aid on the way home from work and give it a shot. i've tried cold turkey, but i couldn't deal with it.

Anyone care to educate me? you sound like some of my smoking pals at work when I first announced that I kicked the habit and told them I'll be taking my breaks inside from now on. Know what I mean? |
