I'll agree that alot of messangers act as if they are indestructable, and that they in some way feel they are free to do as they wish. As a messanger myself, I have seen to many injuries caused due to negligent riding practices. I jump stiar cases, and weav through trafic, but I make it a point to know the proper signals, and precautions while doing so. I do my best to be safe, and also curtious to the traffic around me. God knows those cars are bigger than I am, and I'm certainly not winning any games of chicken with them. HA HA. Not to be a pooper or anything, but I have also noticed the large number of messangers not wearing helmets, and proper gear. COME ON PEOPLE! it's your head, and you can't live without it. We work in a dangerous place with lots of people who wouldn't mind greasing a biker. Not to mention it's common sense. I know some of us out there are too cool for helmets in our minds, but just look at all the riders who don't get back up, and think if that was you. Be safe, and ride on
